I grew up in Miami and have been traveling my whole life. Both my parents were pilots of a small plane, and my mother owned a travel agency. We flew in that plane everywhere! It instilled in me the idea that anything is possible. At last count, I’ve been to 89 U.N. countries and territories & all seven continents.
I became a travel agent after meeting a group of travel agents while cruising in Tahiti. They thought I was a travel agent because I sounded just like them talking about travel! They told me with my background in film & television logistics and working internationally, I should consider becoming one. So, I came home, announced that I was open for business, and the rest is history.
As a traveler, I want to experience the world in a way that makes sense to me. As a travel agent, I do the same for my clients. I steer away from the ordinary, preferring to design trips that cater to specific interests and preferences.
